At Insyntrix, we strive to provide exceptional marketing services and customer support. This fulfillment policy outlines our processes for refunds, delivery, returns, and cancellations to ensure a smooth experience.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are unsatisfied with our work for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will work to rectify the situation or provide a refund. Refunds are provided at our discretion for services not meeting agreed-upon specifications outlined in the initial contract. Refunds do not apply for customized or highly-tailored marketing campaigns once work has commenced.

Delivery Policy

For physical marketing materials like printed brochures or promotional items, we use trusted shipping carriers to deliver domestically and internationally. Standard ground shipping is complimentary on orders over $200. Expedited shipping options like 2-day air are available for an additional fee.

Once your order is processed, you will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Typical delivery timelines are:

- Domestic Ground: 5-7 business days

- Domestic Expedited: 2 business days

- International: 7-10 business days

For digital services like website design, SEO, or social media marketing, delivery timelines are outlined in your contract based on project scope, typically within 30 days.

Return Policy

Physical resold goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange if the items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Returns postage is the responsibility of the customer. Items that are used, worn, or without original packaging are ineligible for return or refund. Items that are customized such as printing with logos or any printed materials can not be returned.

Cancellation Policy

For subscription-based services like ongoing SEO, PPC management, or social media marketing, cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Services will continue until the end of the billing period when cancellation takes effect or by specific customer request.

For one-time, project-based services like website design or rebranding campaigns, cancellations made after work has commenced are subject to fees for hours worked and any third-party costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
