PoulTree Meta Ads Management
Ongoing Meta Ads Management for a Direct-to-Consumer Cookware Brand
PoulTree makes stainless steel roasting rods and cast iron skillet bundles that roast a whole chicken or turkey upright for crispy skin all around. The brand sells online at poultree.store, so paid social is one of its biggest sales channels. The Insyntrix team manages PoulTree’s ongoing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across the United States, aimed at specific audiences: home cooks, backyard grillers, and holiday hosts shopping for Thanksgiving turkey.

Campaign, ad set, purchase and ROAS figures come from PoulTree’s Meta Ads Manager for Oct 1 to 12, 2026. The trend line, state map and placement split are illustrative.
The Results at a Glance
- 138 website purchases across three product campaigns in the first 12 days of October, with orders coming in every day
- 2.11x blended ROAS, so each ad dollar brought back about $2.11 in sales
- Top ad set at 2.50x ROAS (Backyard Cooking), with “No-Tisserie” and co-founder Tony’s sales video both at 2.29x
- Turkey 9-16 broadened on Oct 14 to reach more holiday shoppers ahead of Thanksgiving
Why Maximizing ROI on Meta and TikTok Is Hard
Running ads is easy. Running ads that pay for themselves month after month takes constant work. These are the challenges we manage for PoulTree every week:
- Rising CPMs. Costs climb every fall as retailers crowd into the holiday season, so every impression has to earn its place.
- The learning phase. Meta needs about 50 conversions per ad set before delivery settles. Edit too often and you reset it; edit too rarely and weak ads keep spending.
- Creative fatigue. Even a winning ad wears out once people see it too often. We watch frequency and rotate new hooks, videos and testimonials before results slip.
- Attribution and iOS privacy limits. Since Apple’s App Tracking Transparency, Meta can’t see every sale. Some purchases go unreported, so we read ROAS alongside the store’s own order data, not on its own.
- Audience overlap. When chicken and turkey ad sets target similar people, they bid against each other. We structure campaigns by product group to keep them apart.
- Advantage+ automation versus control. Meta’s AI audiences and placements can find buyers we wouldn’t have targeted, but they can also drift. We decide where to let the algorithm work and where to keep tight targeting.
- Seasonality. Thanksgiving changes everything for a turkey product. Budgets, audiences and creative all shift in the weeks leading up to the holiday.
- TikTok’s different rules. TikTok rewards native, creator-style video over polished ads, and its in-app attribution often misses sales that happen later on the website. For brands that add TikTok alongside Meta, the creative and the way results are measured have to change too.

How Insyntrix Manages It
We test creative across Facebook and Instagram feeds, Reels and Stories, using PoulTree’s own photography, customer reviews and videos from co-founder Tony. Winners get more budget and weak ads get cut. Each product group (the Perch, the Talon and the Gobbler for turkeys) runs as its own campaign, so budget follows real buying behavior and doesn’t get averaged away. Google search captures high-intent queries for Visalia home shows, tickets, and exhibitor opportunities, while Meta prospecting and retargeting keep SpringFest and expo dates in front of Central Valley homeowners and returning site visitors — with visaliahomeshows.com as the landing experience. From search to social, Insyntrix keeps Visalia Home Shows’ paid media working as a steady pipeline for attendance and exhibitor interest across the season.

On Google, search and related campaigns capture high-intent queries around football chinstrap upgrades and impact protection, while Meta placements use vertical creatives built for feeds and stories — close-up product storytelling that shows the Guardian Flex SoftShox chinstrap on-helmet and the science-forward claims parents look for.
Creative rotations emphasize scientifically proven hydraulic protection, “new force reducing football chinstrap” messaging, and softshox.shop as the destination — so concerned parents can go from ad to product page without friction.
