| Web Application Programmer
Insyntrix is seeking a sharp technical leader to manage and design the best web and interactive projects for our surging client list. This position is likely best suited for an emerging web star that is looking for a leadership role in a fun and growing marketing agency.
Personality
You are a jack-of-all-trades technical powerhouse that understands the demands of a creative production environment. You like designing new interfaces, complex database solutions and interactive campaigns that integrate the best in new media technology. You are both analytical and abstract in your thinking and can synthesize client requests into streamlined plans of action. You are stress-resistant and thrive on solving problems both on the creative and execution of each project. Clients like you and wish they could think like you. You've seen The Matrix at least 14 times and feel perfectly happy about being a little nerdy.
Responsibilities
• Work with our creative team of project managers and designers to identify and specify the business requirements for a particular project.
• Create and design new web pages; re-factor web pages or technically redesign websites
• Maintain and update existing web pages for clients.
• Program complex Internet applications for maximum user return and client value
• Manipulate Databases to your every whim
• Lead Insyntrix's technical vision
Qualifications
You should have fantastic skills in at least 4 of these languages in building out website designs or technical functionality:

HTML
Hypersites
DotNetNuke
Joomla
PHP
CSS
Cold Fusion
AJAX
Java
.Net
Flash ActionScript 2.0 / 3.0
XML
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Related degree may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience developing dynamic database-driven web
applications
• Solid skills and knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience building websites with strong Search Engine Optimization
• Experience with E-Commerce solutions, stores and product databases
• Highly skilled with databases such as Access, MYSQL and SQL Server
• Leadership experience in assessing staff and contractor skill levels
• Expert in time management and time assessment
